Intern Network
HCS is exploring development of a Heartland Capital Fellowship program to connect and place business, financial and environmental students with responsible funds in the U.S. and Canada. The group would also be connected to selected academic advisors and partners, and would learn the principles and methods of responsible capital investments.
We envision this internship program being targeted to young women and people of color and the children of union households. It would train a new generation of kids in responsible investment.
In the meantime, the HCS offices in Pittsburgh (at SVA) and Ottawa (at Carlton University’s Centre for Community Innovation) are always on the lookout for individual interns and/or volunteers who meet our requirements of possessing a great passion about responsible investment along with a sense of humor, a spirit of ingenuity, a wealth of innovation (especially in dealing with all those high-techy gadgets and internet gizmos) and reserve of unrelenting drive; please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
